Dr. Mike Cormier


Dr. Mike Cormier graduated from Western States Chiropractic College. In addition to being licensed in Chiropractic and Physiotherapy, Dr. Mike is certified to perform manipulation under anesthesia.Raised in Canada, Dr. Mike returned home after graduation where he opened a flourishing practice. His heart, however, remained in the States and when the opportunity arose to relocate in Arizona, he was quick to act, and in 1995 he left a reputable practice in Canada and settled his practice in Scottsdale.

Certified in treating golf-related injuries, Dr. Mike served as the chiropractor for the Canadian PGA and LPGA events in Edmonton, Alberta. Other sports teams, such as the Arizona Diamondbacks, Phoenix Coyotes and Chicago Cubs have also utilized his chiropractic expertise.

Dr. Mike serves as a friend of the board of “Every Kid Counts,” and is also a board member of the Arizona Chiropractic Society.

Dr. Garrett Mack


After getting his bachelor’s degree, Dr. Garrett enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. While at Palmer, he went to Madagascar for a humanitarian trip abroad to offer chiropractic care to those in need.Dr. Garrett’s hobbies include keeping a marine aquarium and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and mixed martial arts.

Dr. Garrett Mack attended the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska where he majored in exercise, nutrition, and health sciences, with a focus on pre-chiropractic sciences.

It was after he sustained a sports injury, that Dr. Garrett discovered chiropractic. Initially Dr. Garrett went to the chiropractor for his back pain, but in the process of recovery from his back pain he realized his chronic sinus infections had disappeared, in the process.

Dr. Scott Johnson


Dr. Scott Johnson was born and raised in Southern Indiana. Dr. Scott wanted to be a chiropractor at a young age after a severe sports injury left him with a broken back that prescribed surgery. Chiropractic care kept him off the surgical table. He was so excited to have a non-invasive procedure help him, he got a job in a chiropractic office to be around it and learn all he could.Dr. Johnson attended Indiana University for sports kinesiology and athletic training. He then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic, in Davenport, Iowa. He worked his way through school as a physical trainer helping people achieve a better, stronger body.

Marc C. Raciti


Marc C Raciti is a US. Army trained Physician Assistant working at Camelback Medical Center

Marc C. Raciti enlisted into the Army in 1989 as a clerk typist (71L). Shortly after completing basic training and advanced individual training, he deployed to Bahrain, in support of Operation Desert Storm with the 47th Field Hospital. It was there he fell in love with medicine and decided to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant (PA). In 1997 he graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and was commissioned to second lieutenant. In 1999 he completed his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Nebraska. In 2001 he completed his Fellowship in Orthopedics through Womack Army Community Hospital at Fort Bragg NC. Marc spent the rest of his army career treating, and caring for the sick and wounded. He deployed four more times, twice to Iraq, the Balkans and to Africa; frequently provided good medicine in bad places. In 2013, after 24 years of service, he retired from the Army as a Major and moved to Arizona following his wife who at the time was active duty Air Force serving at Luke Air Force Base. Currently living in Scottsdale Arizona.

His awards include a Bronze star, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal. He was awarded the Flight Surgeon Wings, Combat Action Badge and the Combat Medical Badge.
