DR. Coby Johns DC CCSP CES
Dr. Coby Johns grew up in Utah and attended Spanish Fork High School. He served a church mission in the Hawaiian Islands. Upon returning, he completed his undergraduate education at Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho & Brigham Young University in Provo Utah. Dr Coby then enrolled at Palmer West College of Chiropractic in San Jose California to complete his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2003. Since graduation, Dr. Coby has practiced in Washington, Oregon, Utah, and Arizona.
Dr Coby completed the Sports Chiropractic program through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians® (ACBSP®) and has been certified as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® (CCSP®). He has also been certified by The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).
Dr Coby’s 20+ years of clinical experience have focused on the mantra, “If you have a body, you are an athlete.” He believes that while we may not all be gifted with the ability to be world-class athletes, we all have the ability to achieve more in our lives. He believes that by staying active, eating right, & having consistent Chiropractic care, we have the opportunity to be in control of achieving optimal health and performance.
His desire is to help each and every patient he encounters reach their goals – whether it is their first 5K, triathlon, marathon, competing for a State Championship, mountain biking, walking through the park or enjoying a pain-free day.
Dr. Terry Flander D.O.
Dr. Terry Flander is a board certified family physician who has been in medical practice 30+ years. A native Iowan, Dr. Flander and his wife Becky have lived in Scottsdale since 2011. He has been the supervising physician for Camelback Medical Centers since July of 2017.
Upon graduating from Des Moines University (DMU) with his DO degree Dr. Flander practiced family medicine in Iowa. He also holds a Master’s in Public Health and a Master’s in Health Care Administration from DMU. Along with practicing medicine, Dr. Flander has worked for a number of large insurance companies. He is also currently the medical director for numerous Federal Employee Health Benefit Health Plans.
Terry and Becky have been married for 40 years, having been high school sweethearts prior to marriage. They have three grown children and three grandchildren who reside in Iowa. They enjoy visiting them often.
Matthew Kaldawi PA
Meet Matthew Kaldawi, a dedicated physician assistant with expertise in orthopedics and passion for patient-centered care. Having completed his physician assistant education at Stony Brook University, Matthew developed strong clinical skills and a foundation in collaborative healthcare.
As an active member of the American Association of Physician Assistants, Matthew stays current in the field. He strives to tailor personalized treatment plans through attentive listening and open communication with each patient. Although orthopedics is his specialty, Matthew maintains a network to ensure appropriate referrals when needed.
Beyond medicine, Matthew pursues an active lifestyle including training for a half Ironman. With his compassionate and attentive approach, Matthew Kaldawi brings invaluable expertise in orthopedics and commitment to empowering patients through individualized care.
