Dr. Greg Schneider
My name is Dr. Greg Schneider! I went to University of Missouri-Columbia (Mizzou) and graduated in 2015. For several years afterwards I worked as a personal trainer before deciding to go back to school to be a chiropractor at Logan University, where I graduated in 2021. I chose to become a chiropractor after I had a life changing experience seeing my first doctor for neck and low back pain, which I developed over years of athletics and participating in different sports. The doctor there used a two pronged approach of manipulations and physical therapy exercises, which together made a huge difference, not just in my pain levels, but how I performed in life as well as sport.
I was a personal trainer for a total of 4 years. Throughout after graduate school I worked as a CrossFit coach independently and as a part of a couple different gyms. I have programmed exercise and training programs for gyms and individuals competing in the sport of CrossFit for 3+ years. I had the opportunity and privilege to be one of Matthew Greene’s coaches when he qualified for the CrossFit Games Semifinals in both 2021 and 2023. In addition to my Chiropractic Medicine degree, I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and my final clinical rotation in school was working under another doctor, alongside of the athletic trainers in the sports medicine department at the University of Memphis, a Division 1 College located in southwestern Tennessee.
As an individual, in my adult life, I competed in variety of combat sports (MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai, Kick Boxing) for 6 years. After finishing my amateur career with a combined record of 6-6, I decided to make a change and start to compete and participate in CrossFit. I have competed in CrossFit for 8+ years, qualified for Individual Quarterfinals in the CrossFit Games season in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
