“I admit, I was a little more than skeptical,” remembers Dr. Clinton Huston. When Dr. Keith Lavender, a local chiropractor, told me that the cause of my low back pain was a misaligned bone in my neck I thought he was crazy. In fact, the only reason I kept coming in was because he was a friend of mine. Just a few weeks into chiropractic treatment, however, not only did my low back pain disappear; the Irritable Bowel Syndrome which had plagued me for the past two years also went away.”
“It was amazing,” continues Dr. Huston, “I’ll never forget the excitement I felt when I realized that chiropractic offered much, much more than just relief from headaches and back pain.
Having already spent two years pursuing a business degree, Dr. Huston immediately changed his major and began his pre-chiropractic education. “I didn’t want to waste another minute,” recalls Dr. Huston. “I dove right in and have never looked back.”
After completing his undergraduate studies, he was accepted at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. His education included courses in Biochemistry, a major emphasis on Human Anatomy and Physiology, X-ray, diagnosis, chiropractic adjusting techniques, and patient care in the Palmer College Outpatient Clinics. Following his graduation in 2004, Dr. Huston returned to the Phoenix area to establish his practice. After serving the residents of Queen Creek, Arizona and the surrounding areas for 14 years, Dr. Huston decided to sell his practice and move to Lehi, UT due to family reasons. He recently relocated back to the Phoenix area and is excited to be part of the Camelback Medical team and looks forward to using his years of experience as a chiropractor to help the patients under his care here.
